(00097.HK) announced that Mr. Kwong Chi Keung, Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, passed away on 6 July 2026. Mr. Kwong had served as a Director since 2004 for a term of 22 years. Ms. Xu Min has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Wu King Cheong has been appointed Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.

The Company regrets to advise that Mr. Kwong Chi Keung, Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company, passed away on 6 July 2026. Having served as a Director of the Company since 2004, Mr. Kwong made extremely valuable contributions to the Group over his 22 years of service.
Following Mr. Kwong’s passing, upon the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors announced the following appointments: Ms. Xu Min is appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee; Mr. Wu King Cheong is appointed Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.
