NewTimeSpace News: Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (06990.HK) announced that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has confirmed Mr. Zhou Zejian satisfies the qualifications to act as the Company Secretary. Mr. Chung Ming Fai resigned as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective 11 July 2026. Upon his resignation, Mr. Zhou Zejian will become the sole Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of the Company.

NewTimeSpace News: Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. issued an announcement dated 7 July 2026. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has confirmed that Mr. Zhou Zejian meets the eligibility criteria to act as the Company Secretary pursuant to Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. On 7 July 2026, Mr. Chung Ming Fai tendered his resignation as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, which shall take effect on 11 July 2026.

Following Mr. Chung’s resignation, Mr. Zhou Zejian will serve as the sole Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative of the Company, both appointments effective 11 July 2026. Mr. Chung has confirmed that there exists no difference of opinion between himself and the Board of Directors.
