Greater China Financial (00431.HK): Cancellation of Listing Status

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 July 2026, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that the listing status of Greater China Financial (00431.HK) will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 9 July 2026.

According to the announcement, Greater China Financial failed to comply with the resumption guidance set by the Exchange. On 27 March 2026, the Listing Committee resolved to cancel its listing status. The Company filed a review application on 10 April, and the Listing Review Committee upheld the decision on 25 June.
