STERLING GP (01825.HK): Receives Early Repayment, Remaining Outstanding Principal Approximately HK$105,000

NewTimeSpace News: STERLING GP disclosed in an announcement dated July 7 that the Company entered into the second repayment agreement with Santai and Mr. Cai. Santai made an early repayment of approximately HK$10.88 million to the Group on July 7, and Mr. Cai offset the outstanding principal of financial assistance with his receivable guarantee fee of approximately HK$10.88 million from SAL.

NewTimeSpace News: On July 7, 2026, STERLING GP (01825.HK) announced that pursuant to the second repayment agreement entered into with Santai and Mr. Cai, Santai made an early repayment of HK$10,881,568 to the Group on July 7. Mr. Cai offset the total outstanding principal of HK$10,987,001 under the financial assistance and the second tranche of financial assistance by way of his receivable guarantee fee of HK$10,881,568 from SAL.

As stated in the announcement, following this repayment, the total remaining outstanding principal under the financial assistance stands at approximately HK$105,000, with total outstanding accrued interest amounting to around HK$4.3 million.
