UCD(01599.HK): Key Tenders Awarded Worth Approximately RMB959 Million in Q2

NewTimeSpace News: Beijing Urban Construction Design&Development Group Co., Limited (01599.HK) announced that the aggregate value of key projects successfully tendered by the Company for the three months ended 30 June 2026 stood at approximately unaudited RMB959 million. Among this total, survey, design and consulting business secured contracts worth around RMB414 million, while the EPC segment captured approximately RMB545 million of awarded projects.
NewTimeSpace News: Beijing Urban Construction Design&Development Group Co., Limited issued a voluntary announcement dated 7 July 2026. For the three months ended 30 June 2026, the total value of key awarded projects of the Company reached approximately unaudited RMB959 million.
Within this figure, the survey, design and consulting division won contracts totalling roughly RMB414 million, including the construction drawing design contract for Astana Phase II Project (RMB107 million), preliminary design contract for Astana Phase II Project (RMB87.75 million), Contract Section 13 for the design of Beijing Rail Transit Line 11 Phase II (RMB36.33 million), and other projects.
The engineering procurement construction (EPC) segment secured awarded projects valued at around RMB545 million, covering Civil Construction Contract Section 13 of Beijing Metro Line 3 Phase I (RMB383 million), Project 507 (RMB26.46 million), foundation pit support project for the renewal scheme of Qianmen East Area in Dongcheng District (RMB20.65 million), among others.
