The converted H-shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:30 a.m. on 8 July 2026. Upon completion, the proportion of H-shares rises from 62.34% to 99.91%.

The Company has obtained approval from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing and trading of 31,933,125 domestic shares held by 11 participating shareholders after conversion into H-shares. The conversion was finished on 7 July 2026, and the converted H-shares will be admitted to trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:30 a.m. on 8 July 2026.
Among the participating shareholders, Wang Wenbin converted 14,464,125 shares (representing 17.02% of total issued shares); Wang Wenli converted 11,614,575 shares (13.66%); Wu Xiaoning converted 2,986,500 shares (3.51%); the remaining eight shareholders jointly converted shares equivalent to around 1.5%. After the conversion and listing, the number of domestic shares drops from 32,013,125 to 80,000, with its shareholding proportion falling from 37.66% to 0.09%; H-shares increase from 52,986,875 to 84,920,000, lifting the H-share ratio from 62.34% to 99.91%.
