NewTimeSpace News: Dalipal Holdings Limited (01921.HK) announced that its subsidiary Dalipal International Industrial Company has entered into an engineering consultancy agreement with Diyar Al-Safwah Engineering Consultancy Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, marking a vital milestone ahead of the commencement of construction works for the Saudi project. Prior to this, the project has obtained approvals for power quota, natural gas allocation and water quota from the Ministry of Energy of Saudi Arabia.

Following successive approvals of power quota, natural gas indicators and water quota issued by the Ministry of Energy of Saudi Arabia for the Group’s project located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, the Group’s subsidiary Dalipal International Industrial Company recently signed an engineering consultancy agreement with Diyar Al-Safwah Engineering Consultancy Company. Pursuant to Saudi national regulations governing foreign investors, the engagement of a local engineering consultancy firm is a mandatory requirement, and Diyar is a professionally qualified engineering consultancy recognised by Saudi authorities.
Under the agreement, Diyar will complete the review and conversion of design documents in compliance with both Chinese and Saudi standards, conduct environmental impact assessment, carry out design and installation of fire protection and safety engineering, and supervise on-site construction as well as all acceptance procedures to ensure the construction fully conforms to drawing specifications and Saudi national legislations.
The Board of Directors believes that the signing secures the legal compliance of project engineering implementation and lays a solid foundation for smooth acquisition of construction commencement permit and production licence upon completion of construction, representing a landmark milestone for the project development.
