Concurrently, Ms. Zhang Lin has been appointed as Executive Director, effective on the same date.

Mr. Li Aiguo has tendered his resignation as Executive Director, taking effect on 6 July 2026, so that he may allocate more time to handling his personal matters. Mr. Li has confirmed that there is no disagreement between himself and the Board of Directors.
Meanwhile, Ms. Zhang Lin is appointed as Executive Director with effect from 6 July 2026. Aged 38, Ms. Zhang graduated from Qingdao Huanghai University in 2008. She has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur engaging in consumer goods and consumer marketing businesses in mainland China. Ms. Zhang has entered into a three-year service contract with the Company and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$72,000.
