Mobiliare Latam: Peruvian Subsidiary Raises Stake in OPORSA to 50%

NewTimeSpace News: On July 3, 2026, Mobiliare Latam announced that its Peruvian subsidiary has acquired an additional 12% equity interest in OPORSA, bringing its total shareholding to 50%. On 31 December 2025, the Peruvian subsidiary purchased OPORSA shares from Andino Capital Holding S.A. and Almacenes Financieros S.A. to secure an initial 38% stake. On 30 June 2026, the subsidiary made a capital contribution earmarked for OPORSA’s new property projects, lifting its ownership ratio to 50%. This contribution will take full effect after the registration of changes to OPORSA’s authorised capital with the public registry.
