He pledged 5,700,000 unrestricted shares of the Company to Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. The pledged shares represent 4.03% of his total shareholding and 0.27% of the Company’s total share capital. The pledge commencement date is June 30, 2026, and the pledge release date shall be the date when the relevant pledge release procedures are completed.
