NewTimeSpace News: Zhengye International announced on June 30 that Mr. Hu Jianpeng has resigned as Chief Executive Officer due to revised work arrangements. He will remain as Executive Director and President of the Group’s Paper Division after resignation. Mr. Hu Zheng, the Company’s Chairman, was appointed Chief Executive Officer on the same date.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 30, 2026, Zhengye International (03363.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Hu Jianpeng has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer due to changes in work arrangements, effective July 1, 2026. Subsequent to his resignation, he will continue to act as an Executive Director and take up the role of President of the Group’s Paper Division, focusing on overseeing the operation and management of this division.

On the same day, Mr. Hu Zheng, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, was appointed Chief Executive Officer, tasked with supervising the overall operation and management of the Group.
