OneRobotics (06600.HK): CEO Li Zhichen Voluntarily Extends Share Lock-up Period to June 2027
On June 30, 2026, OneRobotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (06600.HK) voluntarily announced that the Company received a notice from Mr. Li Zhichen, who serves as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and the single largest shareholder of the Company. Accordingly, he has voluntarily committed to extending the lock-up period applicable to the shares directly held by him to 18 months from the listing date of the Company's shares (i.e., December 30, 2025, the "Listing Date").
Pursuant to the above commitment, Mr. Li has undertaken that during the 18-month period from the Listing Date to June 29, 2027 (inclusive) (the "New Lock-up Period"), he will not dispose of the 43,648,450 shares directly held by him in any manner.
The Company also notes that, as disclosed in the allotment results announcement, cornerstone investors participating in the Company's global offering were allotted 9,484,500 shares. Based on the Company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, these shares represent approximately 4.21%. These shares were subject to a 6-month lock-up period from the Listing Date, which expired on June 29, 2026.
As disclosed in the allotment results announcement, under applicable PRC laws, the remaining existing shareholders of the Company (other than Mr. Li) are required to comply with a 12-month lock-up period after the Listing Date, with the last day being December 29, 2026. In light of Mr. Li's voluntary commitment disclosed above, the shares directly held by Mr. Li will continue to be subject to the New Lock-up Period until June 29, 2027.
