LIANLIAN(02598.HK): CFO Wei Ping Resigns, Wen Yingse Appointed as Successor

NewTimeSpace News: Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (02598.HK) issued an announcement on 30 June 2026. Ms. Wei Ping has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for family reasons, effective 30 June 2026. Ms. Wei has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors.
Ms. Wen Yingse, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect on the same day. Aged 37, Ms. Wen joined the Group in September 2017 and has held successive positions including Finance Manager, Vice President of Finance, Audit Director and Vice President of Audit. She has served as Deputy CFO since November 2025. Prior to joining the Group, she worked as Senior Auditor at Hangzhou Branch of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, responsible for A-share and H-share IPO audits as well as M&A audits.
Ms. Wen obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Zhejiang University in 2010 and Master’s Degree in Economics from Zhejiang University in 2012. She qualified as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant in 2013 and a Certified Internal Auditor in 2024.
