Aspial Corporation: Proposed Disposal of Brisbane Property for AUD 33.55 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Aspial Corporation announced on June 30 that its subsidiary has entered into a sale and purchase option agreement with Doma Albert Street Pty Ltd, proposing to sell the freehold property located at 30 Albert Street, Brisbane for AUD 33.55 million (approximately SGD 29.92 million).

NewTimeSpace News: On June 30, 2026, Aspial Corporation issued an announcement stating that its Australian subsidiary entered into a sale and purchase option agreement with the buyer on June 19, planning to dispose of a freehold property site measuring 1,642 square metres in Brisbane.

The buyer granted a put option to the seller (exercisable in March 2027), while the seller granted a call option to the buyer (exercisable from June 2026 to March 2027). The transaction consideration is AUD 33.55 million, with an estimated net gain of around AUD 27.11 million. Proceeds from the disposal will be utilised for loan repayment and working capital purposes.
