In terms of profitability, THELLOY DEV Gross Profit changed from HKD 8.27 million in the same period last year to HKD 11.67 million in the current period, increased by HKD 3.4 million; gross profit margin changed from 2.07% in the same period last year to 2.48% in the current period, increased by 0.41 percentage points; net profit changed from loss of HKD 51.36 million in the same period last year to loss of HKD 33.48 million in the current period, increased by HKD 17.88 million; net profit margin changed from -12.83% in the same period last year to -7.12% in the current period, increased by 5.71 percentage points. 

In terms of earnings quality, THELLOY DEV Operating Profit changed from loss of HKD 24.63 million in the same period last year to loss of HKD 23.12 million in the current period, increased by HKD 1.52 million; Operating Profit Margin changed from -6.16% in the same period last year to -4.91% in the current period, increased by 1.24 percentage points. 

In terms of financial soundness, THELLOY DEV Debt-to-Asset Ratio changed from 70.4% in the same period last year to 76.94% in the current period, increased by 6.54 percentage points; Total Equity changed from HKD 118.32 million in the same period last year to HKD 84.843 million in the current period, decreased by HKD 33.48 million; Current Liabilities changed from HKD 280 million in the same period last year to HKD 229.11 million in the current period, decreased by HKD 50.89 million.
