CM Energy Tech(00206.HK): Changes to Several Non-executive Directors

NewTimeSpace News: CM Energy Techannounced on June 29 that Mr. Tan Rongtian has resigned as Non-executive Director with effect from July 1, 2026. On the same date, Lin Changseng, Tong Qiang, Ding Jianliang, Liu Qingzheng, He Li and Jiang Debing were appointed as Non-executive Directors, while Zhou Ruiping was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026, CM Energy Tech(00206.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Tan Rongtian has resigned as Non-executive Director due to other work commitments, with the resignation taking effect on July 1, 2026.

On the same day, Lin Changseng, Tong Qiang, Ding Jianliang, Liu Qingzheng, He Li and Jiang Debing were appointed as Non-executive Directors, and Zhou Ruiping was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director.

Following the changes, the Board comprises a total of 14 directors, including 1 Executive Director, 9 Non-executive Directors and 4 Independent Non-executive Directors. The proportion of Independent Non-executive Directors is less than one third, which renders the Company non-compliant with Rule 3.10A of the Listing Rules. The Company will identify suitable candidates to fill the vacancies as soon as possible within three months.
