NewTimeSpace News: JY GRANDMARK HOLDINGS announced on June 30 that Mr. Liu Huaxi has resigned as Executive Director and Vice Chairman, and will cease to be a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Authorised Representative. Ms. Zheng Weihong stepped down as Executive Director with effect from June 30, and will be reassigned from Group President to Co-President starting July 1.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 30, 2026, JY GRANDMARK HOLDINGS(02231.HK) issued an announcement stating that due to personal commitments, Mr. Liu Huaxi has resigned as Executive Director and Vice Chairman, and will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Authorised Representative, with the resignation taking effect on June 30, 2026. For similar personal reasons, Ms. Zheng Weihong resigned as Executive Director effective the same date, and will be transferred from Group President to Co-President commencing July 1.

On the same day, Mr. Wu Jinhong was appointed as Executive Director, Vice Chairman and Co-President, as well as member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Authorised Representative, with the appointment effective July 1, 2026.
