NewTimeSpace News: On June 30, 2026, Shougang LanzaTech (02553.HK) issued an announcement stating that the stabilisation period relating to its global offering concluded on June 28, 2026. The Global Coordinator has confirmed to the Company that no over-allocation was effected in the international offering, resulting in non-exercise of the over-allotment option, which lapsed with effect from June 28, 2026.
Yuexiu Securities Limited, the Stabilising Manager, did not carry out any stabilisation activities in respect of the global offering throughout the stabilisation period.
