UBOX Online (02429.HK) Receives CSRC Filing Notice for H-Share Full Circulation; 40.67 Million Domestic Shares to Convert
On June 29, 2026, Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (02429.HK) announced that the Board has received the formal filing notice from the CSRC regarding its application for H-share full circulation on June 28, 2026. Accordingly, the Company has completed the CSRC filing for the conversion of a total of 40,671,930 domestic shares held by one shareholder into 40,671,930 H shares on a one-to-one basis. These H shares will be listed and traded on the Main Board of the HKEX upon completion of the conversion and the HKEX's grant of listing approval. The notice is valid for 12 months from the date of CSRC approval (June 28, 2026).
According to the appendix, the participating shareholder is Wang Bin, converting 40,671,930 domestic shares, representing approximately 4.1126% of the total issued shares upon completion. Before conversion, the Company had 42,458,930 domestic shares (4.2932%) and 946,512,003 H shares (95.7068%); after conversion, domestic shares will decrease to 1,787,000 (0.1807%) and H shares will increase to 987,183,933 (99.8193%).
As of the announcement date, the implementation details of the H-share full circulation, conversion, and listing have not yet been finalized. The completion is subject to fulfillment of other relevant procedures required by the HKEX and other relevant domestic and overseas regulatory authorities.
