NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026, kangda international environmental(06136.HK) announced that Zhao Junxian has resigned as Non-executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, while Chang Qing has resigned as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. Both resignations take effect on July 1.

On the same day, Liu Huaijing was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director as well as member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. In addition, Executive Director Li Zhong has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
