NewTimeSpace News: On 26 June 2026, Singapore-listed VibroPower Corporation announced that for the proposed sale of its property located at 11 Tuas Avenue 16, the purchaser Ecorecycling Pte. Ltd. had exercised the relevant call option on 25 June 2026 and paid a deposit of SGD 157,200.

The total consideration for the sale of the property is SGD 3.93 million. The Company previously granted the call option to the purchaser for this disposal on 12 June 2026. In accordance with the contractual terms, the option was valid until 4:00 p.m. on 26 June 2026, and the exercise of the option by the purchaser creates a legally binding sale and purchase contract.
