CDW Holding: Next-Generation LNP Delivery Technology LNP-LANFA Delivers Groundbreaking Preclinical Results

NewTimeSpace News: Singapore-listed CDW Holding announced on June 29 that LNP-LANFA, a next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology co-developed by its subsidiary A Biotech and Neoregen Biotech, has achieved groundbreaking results in animal studies.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026, CDW Holding announced that LNP-LANFA jointly developed by its subsidiary A Biotech and Neoregen Biotech has generated breakthrough data in animal experiments. LNP-LANFA incorporates the company’s proprietary water-soluble LANFA compounds into the LNP delivery system, designed to tackle two core challenges of conventional LNP technology: immunogenicity and hepatotoxicity.

Per the announcement, in vivo imaging (IVIS) test results show that versus conventional LNPs, LNP-LANFA cuts liver accumulation by 62% and raises drug concentration in the spleen by 28%. The spleen-to-liver ratio is lifted from 0.79 to 2.68, representing a 3.4-fold improvement. The company filed a provisional patent application covering LANFA-modified LNP formulations in June 2026.
