SJM HOLDINGS (00880.HK): CIP Ye Si Ming Resigns; Chan Sin Chun Appointed as Successor

Mr. Chan Sin Chun was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer on the same date. Mr. Chan possesses over 25 years of experience in strategic commercial and financial management gained from listed companies, investment banks and accounting firms.

Mr. Ye Si Ming has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 29 June 2026 to pursue other personal affairs. Mr. Ye has confirmed that there is no disagreement between himself and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Chan Sin Chun has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective 29 June 2026. Aged 47, Mr. Chan has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in strategic commercial and financial management through his tenure at Hong Kong listed enterprises, renowned international investment banks and large global accounting firms. Prior to joining the Company, he served at NagaCorp Ltd. from July 2013 to June 2026. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2018 and promoted to Director of Corporate Development in July 2025. Mr. Chan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1999. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
