NewTimeSpace News: On June 28, 2026, Xinyuan Property Management Service (01895.HK) issued an announcement stating that pursuant to voting results at the annual general meeting, Mr. Feng Bo has been appointed as executive director and chairman of the board, Mr. Tian Wenzhi as non-executive director, and Ms. Zhao Xia as independent non-executive director, all appointments effective June 26, 2026. Meanwhile, Shen Yuanqing has been removed from his post as executive director and all other positions, while Fang Xiling has been relieved of her duties as company secretary.

Mr. Huang Jinfu has been appointed as company secretary, responsible for board secretariat affairs and strategic planning.
