NewTimeSpace News: JAKOTA CAPITAL issued a profit warning on June 29, expecting a full-year loss of no more than HK$150 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, representing a widening of not more than 22% compared with the loss of approximately HK$123.5 million recorded in the previous financial year.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026, JAKOTA CAPITAL (01468.HK) released a profit warning. Based on the preliminary review of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Company anticipates registering an annual loss not exceeding HK$150 million, which is an increase of no more than 22% against the prior-year loss of around HK$123.5 million.

The Board of Directors attributes the wider loss mainly to higher impairment provisions on loan receivables, which rose from approximately HK$26.8 million in financial year 2025 to roughly HK$111.9 million in financial year 2026.
