Reconova Technologies(07656.HK): Launches Hong Kong IPO with Offer Price Set at HK$21.66 per Share

NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026,Reconova Technologies(07656.HK) released an announcement setting out details of its global offering. The Company proposes to offer 28,087,000 H-shares globally, comprising an initial offering of 1,404,400 shares for Hong Kong public subscription and an initial offering of 26,682,600 shares for international placing, accounting for approximately 95% of the total offering size.

The offer price is fixed at HK$21.66 per share, with each board lot consisting of 200 shares. Trading is expected to kick off at 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2026, under stock code 7656.

Huatai International, CCB International and ABC International act as Joint Sponsors, Joint Sponsors & Global Coordinators, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers. Minsheng Capital serves as Global Coordinator, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.

Huafu International, Hongyuan Securities (Hong Kong), Donghao Securities, Futu Securities and Yue Shang International are appointed as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers.
