China Resources Transportation (00269.HK): Expects to Swing to Full-Year Profit, Net Profit to Exceed HK$850 Million
NewTimeSpace News: On June 26, 2026, China Resources Transportation (00269.HK) issued a profit warning notice. Based on the board’s preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Company anticipates a net profit exceeding HK$850 million, as compared with a net loss of around HK$342.6 million recorded in the year ended March 31, 2025.
The turnaround to profitability is mainly attributable to gains arising from debt restructuring and write-backs of impairment losses on properties, plant and equipment, as well as intangible assets in the form of concession rights, which were not recognised as corresponding gains or write-backs in the preceding financial year.
