NewTimeSpace News: On June 26, 2026, Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology (02865.HK) issued an announcement stating that Zheng Tong resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative due to retirement, while Yu Yongshi stepped down as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent pursuant to internal work reorganisation, with both resignations taking effect on June 26.

The Board of Directors announced the following appointments effective June 26, 2026: Liu Shuang appointed as Joint Company Secretary; executive director Zheng Hongwei appointed as Authorised Representative; Fung Yin Ting appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent.
