New Century Group (00234.HK): Subsidiary Grants HK$10.7 Million Mortgage Loan
NewTimeSpace News: On June 26, 2026, New Century Group (00234.HK) announced that Easy Cash Finance, its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a new loan agreement with Cheng Yuanjun to grant a mortgage loan with principal sum of HK$10.7 million, a maturity of 12 months and an annual interest rate of 11.5%. The collateral is a residential property in Tsuen Wan with a valuation of HK$13 million.
New Century Group stated that the proceeds of the new loan are sourced from its general working capital, and the interest income is expected to generate steady earnings and cash flow for the Group.
