VSTECS(00856.HK): Non-executive Director Zhang Dongjie Resigns, Lyu Ping Appointed as Successor

NewTimeSpace News: VSTECS Holdings Limited (00856.HK) issued an announcement dated 26 June 2026 regarding director resignation and appointment.

The Board announces that Mr. Zhang Dongjie has tendered his resignation as Non-executive Director, effective 26 June 2026, to allow him to allocate more time to other personal commitments. Mr. Zhang has confirmed there is no disagreement between himself and the Board.

Separately, Mr. Lyu Ping is appointed as Non-executive Director with effect from 26 June 2026. Aged 45, Mr. Lyu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He previously served as Director of Technology & Product at CommScope KWE Technology Co., Ltd., Director of Investment Management Department at AVIC Electronics, and General Manager of Investment Department at Wanda Pictures Co., Ltd. Since August 2023, he has held the positions of Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary at Yatong Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Shenzhen.

Mr. Lyu will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000. His term of office shall last until the first Annual General Meeting following his appointment, at which he shall be eligible for re-election.
