Tai Sin Electric Limited: Enters into Shareholders’ Framework Agreement with Elvo Energy to Establish Joint Venture in Indonesia

NewTimeSpace News: Tai Sin Electric Limited announced on June 25 that its wholly-owned subsidiary LKHE and its 60%-held associate PT Elmecon have signed a shareholders’ framework agreement with Elvo Energy to set up a joint venture named PT Elvo Electric Indonesia in Indonesia, engaging in the distribution of industrial electrical and automation products.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 25, 2026, Singapore-listed Tai Sin Electric Limited issued an announcement stating that LKHE, its wholly-owned subsidiary, and PT Elmecon in which it holds a 60% stake, have entered into a shareholders’framework agreement with independent third party Elvo Energy to jointly incorporate a new entity PT Elvo Electric Indonesia in Indonesia with a registered capital of 200 billion Indonesian rupiah.

The shareholding structure of the joint venture is as follows: Elvo Energy holds 70%, LKHE holds 15%, and PT Elmecon holds 15%. Via LKHE and PT Elmecon, Tai Sin Electric Limited holds an aggregate effective interest of 24% in the joint venture.

Tai Sin Electric Limited remarked that this cooperation falls within the Group’s ordinary course of business, aligns with its strategy to further expand operational footprint in Indonesia, and the relevant funding will be sourced from internal resources.
