AMTD: Completes Acquisition of Four Hotels, Foresees Material Revenue Growth in Hotel Business for H1 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On June 26, AMTD Group announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of four hotels including The Ritz-Carlton Perth since the beginning of this year, with a total consideration of approximately US$207 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 26, 2026, AMTD Group revealed in an announcement that it has acquired four hotels year-to-date: The Ritz-Carlton Perth, AMTD IDEA Tribeca in New York, AMTD Dao by Dorsett Hornsey in London and AMTD IDEA KL in Kuala Lumpur, with an aggregate consideration of around US$207 million.

Driven by the integration of newly acquired assets and robust operating performance, the Group expects its hotel business revenue to record substantial growth, which will deliver positive contributions to its consolidated financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026.
