Global Chinese Business Club (01757.HK): Issue of Highly Concentrated Shareholding Resolved

NewTimeSpace News: Global Chinese Business Club (01757.HK) announced that based on shareholding structure analysis conducted as at 22 June 2026, the previously flagged highly concentrated shareholding situation highlighted in the SFC’s earlier announcement no longer exists, and the Company’s shares are no longer concentrated in a tiny group of shareholders.
NewTimeSpace News: Global Chinese Business Club (01757.HK) issued a voluntary announcement on 25 June 2026 disclosing that the issue of highly concentrated shareholding has been resolved.
Previously, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong issued a public notice on 22 January 2026 regarding the Company’s highly concentrated shareholding. To boost transparency of its equity structure, the Company carried out a comprehensive shareholding analysis relying on data extracted from the share register and information provided by participants of the Central Clearing and Settlement System.
The analysis results as at 22 June 2026 show that: China Venture Capital Holdings Limited holds 900 million shares, accounting for 75% of total issued capital; 382 shareholders each holding over 10,000 shares collectively own around 260 million shares, representing 21.70%; the remaining other shareholders hold approximately 39.65 million shares, equivalent to 3.30%.
On the back of the above analysis, the Board is satisfied that the Group has maintained a diversified shareholding structure and the issue of highly concentrated shareholding has been fully resolved.
