MAGNUS CONCORDIA GROUP(01172.HK): Positive Profit Warning, Profit Not Less Than HK$45 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 25 June 2026,MAGNUS CONCORDIA GROUP(01172.HK) released a profit warning. Based on preliminary assessment of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 and information currently available to management, the Group anticipates recording profit attributable to owners of the company of no less than approximately HK$45 million for the current year, as compared to a loss attributable to owners of the company of about HK$85 million for the preceding year.

The Board of Directors considers that the swing from loss to profit is mainly attributable to the recognition of gains arising from the disposal of a property project located in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, the People’s Republic of China held by a subsidiary of the Group, and such disposal has been completed within the current financial year.
