The total capital increase amounts to RMB 15 billion, of which China Shenhua will contribute RMB 6 billion.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 25, 2026, China Shenhua (01088.HK) released an announcement regarding progress of connected transactions, disclosing that China Energy Investment Corporation, the Company and China Energy Investment Corporation Finance Co., Ltd. entered into a capital increase agreement for the finance company in Beijing on June 25, 2026.

The total capital increase totals RMB 15 billion. China Energy Investment Corporation and China Shenhua will subscribe for the new capital in cash pro rata to their respective shareholdings. Specifically, China Energy Investment Corporation will inject RMB 9 billion, while China Shenhua will contribute RMB 6 billion, with all proceeds credited to the registered capital of the finance company.
