NewTimeSpace News: On June 24, 2026,Phancy Group Co., Ltd.(06682.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that in accordance with the Company’s H-share Restricted Share Unit Scheme, the trustee purchased an aggregate of 700,000 H-shares in the market during the period from June 22 to June 24, 2026. Such shares account for approximately 0.13% of the Company’s total issued shares (excluding treasury shares). The average consideration per share is about HK$26.49, representing an aggregate total consideration of roughly HK$18.54 million.

The Company stated that the purchased shares will be used for future award grants under the scheme, which is conducive to retaining and recruiting outstanding talents.
