The share options vest in three tranches and are exercisable only upon achievement of performance targets: revenue of not less than HK$1 billion and profit of no less than HK$100 million for the fiscal year 2028. The exercise period spans ten years commencing from the grant date.

The four grantees include Chairman Leung Kwok Lung, Chief Executive Officer Zhao Zhigang, Chief Operating Officer Wen Yalei and Chief Commercial Officer Zheng Youren, who are granted 90 million, 90 million, 60 million and 60 million share options respectively.
