CGS(06881.HK): Completes Issuance of RMB3 Billion Second Tranche Short-term Corporate Bonds with Coupon Rate of 1.53%

NewTimeSpace News: China Galaxy Securities (06881.HK) announced on 24 June that it has completed the issuance of its second tranche of 2026 short-term corporate bonds worth RMB3 billion, with a tenor of 273 days and a coupon rate of 1.53%. The proceeds will be used to supplement working capital. An affiliate of the lead underwriter subscribed RMB100 million of the bonds, while the Company’s related parties did not participate in the subscription. The Company previously obtained CSRC approval for a short-term corporate bond quota of up to RMB15 billion.

(06881.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has completed the public offering of the second tranche of 2026 short-term corporate bonds on the same date. The total issuance size stands at RMB3 billion, with a par value and offering price of RMB100 per unit, a tenor of 273 days, and a final coupon rate of 1.53%. The raised funds will be applied to supplement the Company’s working capital.
Underwriters and their affiliates took part in the subscription of this bond tranche: CITIC Trust Co., Ltd., an affiliate of lead underwriter CITIC Construction Investment Securities, subscribed and was allocated RMB100 million of the bonds. None of the Company’s directors, senior management, shareholders holding over 5% equity stake or other related parties participated in the subscription. All subscription quotations and procedures complied with applicable laws and regulations. The Company has previously obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to publicly offer short-term corporate bonds to professional investors with an outstanding principal balance not exceeding RMB15 billion.
