The Company expects to announce the allocation results of the Hong Kong public offering on 25 June 2026. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional on or before 8:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on 25 June 2026, trading of the H-shares on the Main Board of HKEX will commence at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on 26 June 2026, with each trading board lot of 100 shares.
