QINGSONG HEALTH(02661.HK): Controlling Shareholder Yang Yin Voluntarily Extends Lock-up Undertaking to 1 January 2027

NewTimeSpace News: QingSong Health Corporation (02661.HK) announced that Ms. Yang Yin, Controlling Shareholder, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has voluntarily undertaken to the Company to extend the original lock-up period to 1 January 2027. During such period, she shall not dispose of any shares held by her in the Company in any manner, including 43,038,800 shares held by her wholly-owned subsidiary QingSong Chou Holdings Corporation and any shares that may be acquired upon the exercise of share options granted to her under the share incentive scheme.

NewTimeSpace News: On 22 June 2026, QingSong Health Corporation (02661.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. Ms. Yang Yin, Controlling Shareholder, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has voluntarily given an undertaking to the Company to extend the original lock-up period to 1 January 2027. Prior to the expiry date, she shall not in any way sell, enter into any agreement for the sale of, or create any options, rights, interests or encumbrances over the following shares beneficially owned by her:

(1) 43,038,800 shares held by QingSong Chou Holdings Corporation, an entity wholly controlled by her;

(2) Any shares which may be obtained by her upon exercise of share options granted under the Company’s share incentive scheme, including 4,287,180 relevant shares available under the pre-IPO share option scheme.
