Kamsing Group (Holdings) (00794.HK): Profit Warning, Expected Annual Net Loss of Approximately HK$7.5 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 22 June 2026, Kamsing Group (Holdings) (00794.HK) released a profit warning. Based on preliminary review of the Group’s latest unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 and information currently available to the board of directors, the Group is expected to record a net loss of around HK$7.5 million for the current year, as compared to a net profit of approximately HK$2.6 million for the year ended 31 March 2025.

The Board attributes the swing from profit to loss mainly to the absence of prior-year income tax credits, together with an exchange loss of roughly HK$1.8 million incurred in the current year, against an exchange gain of about HK$2.2 million registered in the 2025 financial year.
