Asiatic Group Holdings Proposes to Sell 49% Stake in Cambodian Joint Venture for US$3.1 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Asiatic Group Holdings announced in a filing dated June 20 that its subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement for the disposal of a 49% equity interest in Colben Energy (Cambodia) PPSEZ Limited, with a total consideration of US$3.1 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 20, 2026, Singapore-listed Asiatic Group Holdings announced that its subsidiaries Colben Energy Holdings (PPSEZ) Limited and Colben System Pte Ltd have signed a settlement agreement with the purchasers Neak Okhna Kith Meng, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc and the target company, proposing to sell the entire 49% equity stake held in Colben Energy (Cambodia) PPSEZ Limited at a consideration of US$3.1 million.

Asiatic Group stated that the disposal is intended to resolve long-running disputes between the Group and its joint venture partner, and eliminate ongoing legal arbitration costs as well as the diversion of management resources.
