NewTimeSpace News: On June 22, 2026, Singapore-listed firm F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd disclosed that it has separately entered placement agreements with two investors, namely Rosslyn Leong Sou Fong and Eu Yee Ming Richard. The company intends to place a total of 42 million new ordinary shares at an issue price of S$0.0072 apiece, generating total placement proceeds of approximately S$302,400.

The company stated that the net proceeds of roughly S$272,400 from the placement will be fully allocated to the group’s general working capital, aiming to strengthen its financial position and expand its capital base.
