Xuanzhu Biology(02575.HK): First Patient Enrollment Completed in Phase III Clinical Trial of Anaprazole Sodium for New Indication

NewTimeSpace News: On June 21, 2026, Xuanzhu Biology(02575.HK) released a voluntary announcement stating that the Phase III clinical trial evaluating self-developed Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets (trade name: Anjiuwei®) in a bismuth-containing quadruple regimen for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) has recently completed first patient enrollment.

The Phase III clinical trial for this indication was approved for initiation by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in April 2026. As a Class 1 innovative drug, Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets obtained marketing approval from NMPA in June 2023 for the treatment of duodenal ulcer.
