Easy Life Holdings (00223.HK): Appointment of Fung Chi Bun, Fung Man Shan and Han Wenli as Executive Directors

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 June 2026, Easy Life Holdings (00223.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Fung Chi Bun, Ms. Fung Man Shan and Mr. Han Wenli have each been appointed as Executive Directors effective 18 June 2026. The aforesaid appointments were approved by a majority of directors at the board meeting convened on the same date.

All three appointees will hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, at which they will stand for re-election.
