Ruixin International Group (00724.HK): Delisting to Take Effect from June 23

NewTimeSpace News: On June 18, 2026, HKEX issued a notice stating that the listing status of Ruixin International Group (stock code: 724) will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, effective 9:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026.

As disclosed in the announcement, the Company failed to comply with the resumption guidance. The Listing Committee resolved to cancel its listing status on March 20, 2026. Ruixin International Group subsequently applied for a review, and the Listing Review Committee upheld the delisting decision on June 9, 2026.
