NewTimeSpace News: Xinzhi Digital announced on June 18 that Mr. Yang Riquan has resigned from his positions as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, as he needs to devote more time to other commitments. Mr. Luo Xueru has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the aforesaid committees.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 18, 2026, Xinzhi Digital (02322.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Yang Riquan, Independent Non-executive Director, has resigned with effect from June 18, 2026 from his posts as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee for the purpose of spending more time on other personal affairs.

On the same day, Mr. Luo Xueru was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
