XUNZHONG(02597.HK): Hord Finance Appointed New Compliance Adviser, Effective 20 June
NewTimeSpace News: Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (02597.HK) announced on 18 June that Hord Finance Limited has been appointed as its new compliance adviser with effect from 20 June 2026. The appointment term expires on the earlier of the date the Company complies with Listing Rule 13.46 in respect of its financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2026 or the date of mutual termination by both parties. Hord Finance holds licenses for multiple regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
NewTimeSpace News: On 18 June 2026, Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (02597.HK) issued an announcement. Pursuant to Listing Rule 3A.27, Hord Finance Limited has been appointed as the Company’s new compliance adviser, effective 20 June 2026.
The appointment term shall last until the earlier of: (i) the date on which the Company complies with Listing Rule 13.46 regarding the financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2026; or (ii) the date of termination agreed by both parties.
Hord Finance Limited is a corporate entity licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. Previously, the Company announced on 25 May 2026 the resignation of its former compliance adviser, which also took effect on 20 June 2026.
