NewTimeSpace News: Pine Technology Holdings disclosed in an announcement dated June 17 that Mr. Liu Haichao has resigned as Independent Non-executive Director as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Song Hongdong has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director to take over the membership of the aforesaid committees.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 17, 2026, Pine Technology Holdings (01079.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Liu Haichao, Independent Non-executive Director, has resigned from his positions as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, for the purpose of devoting more time to other professional commitments. He confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors.

On the same day, Mr. Song Hongdong was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
