NewTimeSpace News: Sino Biopharmaceutical announced on June 17 that Dr. Chen Lieping and Dr. Lu Bai have been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors with effect upon the conclusion of the Company’s annual general meeting. Dr. Chen Lieping is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, while Dr. Lu Bai is appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 17, 2026, Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (01177.HK) issued an announcement that Dr. Chen Lieping and Dr. Lu Bai have been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors, effective immediately after the closing of the annual general meeting held by the Company on the same day.

As disclosed in the announcement, Dr. Chen Lieping currently holds the United Technologies Corporation Endowed Chair in Cancer Research at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Lu Bai serves as President of Shanghai Sosi Institute of Natural Sciences and Professor at Fudan University.
